The Industrial Commission of Arizona is the agency that administers and enforces state laws relating to the protection of life, health, safety and welfare of Arizona's employees. This includes laws relating to workers' compensation, occupational safety and health, payment of wages, and child labor.


The Industrial Commission Arizona announces that the Administrative Law Judge Case Information System Portal is available for use by parties to matters before the Administrative Law Judge Division of the Industrial Commission of Arizona beginning August 1, 2016 for cases assigned on August 1, 2016 going forward. Information available on the Portal is informational only and not the official record. In order to access the Portal you may follow this link: http://alj.azica.gov. There you may register and log into cases that are assigned to the Administrative Law Judge Division beginning August 1, 2016 going forward.
